1. The service. Code & Commerce Quizzes lets teachers set self-marking quizzes for their classes and see the results. It is provided by [Operator name, e.g. your name trading as your brand].
2. Your account. Accounts are for teachers. Keep your password private. You are responsible for the classes you create and for sharing class codes only with your pupils.
3. Pupils. Ask pupils to enter only their first name and last initial. Do not ask them to enter any other personal information.
4. Your school's agreement. If you use the service with pupils, your school is the controller of their data. Our data processing agreement sets out how we handle it.
5. Content. Library questions are © Code & Commerce and licensed for use with your own classes. Do not copy them to other services or publish them.
6. Plans. The free plan has limits. Paid plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time; they run to the end of the period already paid for.
7. Availability. We aim to keep the service running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
8. Ending. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
